Dr. Liz’s Favorite Supersmoothie

Dr. Liz Woolford’s shares her favorite supersmoothie recipe.

1 scoop MediPro Vegan Vanilla
1 scoop Chocolate LifeCore Complete
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup POM juice or any fruit nectar (peach, apricot)
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (non-fat vanilla)
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen berries or peaches
Blend all ingredients.
