2 scoops SP Complete powder
½ tsp. Green Tea powder
1 scoop Fibermend
1 UF Spectrum capsule
1 tsp. Chia seeds
1 tsp. either Pomegranate powder, Acai powder or Superfruit blend
1 tsp. Organic firm tofu
1 cup Water
Variety of fruit and vegetables-vary these so the shake changes flavor, use seasonal produce and your own favorites
- a handful of fresh greens such as organic kale or spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit such as organic blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries and bananas( bananas add a creamy flavor)
- ½ tsp. fresh ginger
We suggest using a good blender such as a Vitamix to make this, especially if you make it on a regular basis as we do.
