Lisa’s nutrient dense smoothie

Lisa Gallagher shares her recipe for a nutrient dense smoothie.

  • 1-2 cups water
  • Enough raw cashews to achieve creamy texture you desire (and some more protein)
  • 1 scoop of MediPro Vegan Vanilla
  • 1 scoop  Deeper Greens
  • 1 scoop Phytoganix
  • 1-2 cups kale or spinach
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries of your choice
  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
