Alliance Integrative Medicine will be closing for in-person visits at 5 p.m. Friday, March 20. We have agonized over this decision but ultimately feel this is the best way to keep our patients, staff, and families safe and healthy.
We know many of you depend on us to help you navigate a variety of health concerns, so we will continue to offer telephone and telemedicine visits. You will still be able to get your prescriptions refilled, reach us on the portal, and order your supplements from our (online) store.
- For any COVID-19-related issues, please adhere to local guidelines. Screening is available through all hospitals. And for severe cases, you may need to go to an emergency room.
- To schedule a telemedicine visit, please leave a message at 513-791-5521 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, and someone will call you to schedule an appointment. Return patients can schedule online through our updated patient portal. Check your inbox for an email titled “Welcome to Alliance Integrative Medicine’s Patient Portal” from the sender email@example.com with login instructions. And if you didn’t receive it, call 513-791-5521 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll help you get set up.
- For prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy and ask them to send us a refill request. If refilling your prescription requires an appointment, we will contact you to schedule.
- All supplements except Standard Process and Neuroscience are available through our online store at https://wellevate.me/alliance-integrative-med#/. If you haven’t already, create an account, purchase your supplements, and your order will be shipped directly to you. If you need Standard Process or Neuroscience supplements, please call the store (513-791-5521, option 1), and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. We will be intermittently checking voicemails and sending out supplements that aren’t available online.
- Our phones will remain open, and we will be checking messages twice daily — at 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. You can expect a response within two business days.
We hope to reopen as soon as possible but anticipate being closed for at least two weeks. We are here to support you through this uncertain time. Thank you for your understanding and your continued trust in AIM.
