Liz Viviano combines her background in neuropsychology with her gifts of energy healing to support her patients as they release emotional blocks from stress, anxiety, and depression. And she enjoys helping them learn meditation, helpful breathing practices, and mind-clearing techniques to relax their bodies.
With more than 40 years of experience in mindfulness and yoga, Liz is certified in gentle yoga, vinyasa yoga, prenatal/postnatal yoga, Reiki, and Healing Touch. And while working as a neuropsychometrist at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham, Liz witnessed the significant influence the “mental body” has on physical health.
Liz studied pre-med, neuroscience, and psychology at the University of Michigan — graduating with a B.S. in psychology. But she credits her gifts of sensing and clearing blocked energy to her Native American heritage. And she enjoys honoring her ancestors from the Trois-Rivieres Tribe in Quebec through her work as a natural, holistic healer.
